I am a linguist and currently a Junior Researcher at the Center of Linguistics of the University of Lisbon (CLUL), a research position funded by FCT (Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia) from Portugal. My research and teaching interests focus primarily on semantics, pragmatics, syntax-semantics interfaces, Indigenous languages of Brazil, English and Romance linguistics from a comparative perspective, dialectal and typological variation, bilingualism and languages in contact, and sociolinguistics.
